 | 1 Flask Rating for DRS. SHAW ELY & DUBOS Comment: June somethin. 1st dentist bill; $24 & sum odd change. Ok. Paid. 2nd dentist bill; $281 & sum odd change. I ask; why such a big difference when the same exact thing was done only on a different day? They say; bigger cavities , larger fillings. I say; Ok, send me the bill via mail I will pay later. Bill comes, I go in to pay. They say; $304 due. I ask; Why? The bill says $281. They say; service fees were not included. I'm irritated but pay it anyway. 3 weeks later , new bill comes . I owe $24.80. Due Aug 25. I go in today , hand these dumb mother fuckers the bill like I'm gonna pay it again . She looks it up on the computer and says ok, your total is $24.80. That's when I slam the statement down that says balance due $0.00 I received at the beginning of August. Moral of the story - it's CONVENIENT for people & business to charge you but when it comes to refunds or fixing mistakes suddenly it becomes INCONVENIENT & not on the list of priorities. This dentist office is a fucking JOKE & |
