 | 1 Flask Rating for PREMIUM HEALTH SERVICES OF TAMPA BAY Comment: They are lucky I can not give a negative rating. I went for a ear infection and paid my $50 copay and was seen by the doctor. Two weeks go by and still having ear pain so I go back for a second visit and again pay $50 copay and was told to come back for a follow up visit a week later. I went back and again paid a $50 copay. A few weeks later I get a bill for $490. I call and told my insurance denied it, my response was why didn’t you let me know after the first visit. They told me they would look into it. I just got a new bill and they added and extra $95 for my third visit. Not sure what type of business this is but can say I will Never visit them again nor have anything good to say about them. |
