 | 3 Flask Rating for DAWN R NEGRE OD Comment: This doctor is pretty nice but her secretary at the front desk is old, hateful, and rude. She holds her nose in the air to certain people. (especially lower income)I went there for a few years until I could no longer handle the woman at the front desk! No matter how much I went out of my to be friendly to her she was stuck on being nasty and not just to me but toward my husband and children too and others that would come in while we were there. The day I left I ended up walking out in the middle of my appointment. I feel sorry for the doctor, that's bad when it's not your care or quality of work that runs your patients away but the nasty attitude of your secretary! She is very bad for business and in my eyes would be very easy to replace. I'm not the only one who feels this way either. I think if Dr. Dawn wants any old patients back or any good referrals she needs a new friendly person at the front desk! |
