Also violating the Covid-19 rules 5 different people in a small car, that is unacceptable and very unsafe. Also the waiting time is exaggerated. PRONTO CARE DID NOT CALL OR COME TO TRANSPORT MY DAUGHTER AND I FOR A COVID TEST AND VACCINE. BY THEM NOT COMING TO TAKE US TO CVS PHARMACY, PROLONG MY DAUGHTER FROM RETURNING TO SCHOOL. WE WERE VERY UPSET BECAUSE THIS WAS A VERY IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT. I HAVE REQUESTED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY NOT TO ASSIGN THEM FOR ANY OF MY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. |
