 | 1 Flask Rating for PRECISION EYECARE P.C. Comment: After two eye tests, two pair of glasses resulted. They needed to be altered repeatedly. During that process, I was continually told they were 'close enough.' I felt that I was being railroaded by high pressure sales persons. Neither pair ever worked. The reading lenses had a double image. The distance pair reduced no night glare at all, which was the only reason I needed distance glasses. The frames were never as requested. They could not even duplicate the frames they provided years before. Nor would they place new lenses in the existing frames. Because I paid by opening a Care Credit (Synchrony Bank) account, Precision Eyecare of Brookings (Dr. Dustin Bodman) was paid $500 in full. Care Credit labeled it a "quality issue," insisting that I pay off the full loan in one month or be charged 26% interest from the day borrowed, months before. I paid $131 in cash to Precision. I now owe $500 to Care Credit for two pair of useless eyeglasses. Patronize either institution at your peril. |
