ACE I ANGLIN DPM Comment: A family member of mine was referred to Dr. Ace Anglin office to due a possible ingrown toenail and the patient was seen by Primed prior to being seen at his office and the patient was given antibiotics by Primed and I spoke with Dr. Anglin prior to calling his office. The patient was seen for her first office visit and her toe was examined by Dr. Anglin and he stated she would need to have her toenail surgery and the patient was scheduled for a second appointment and when she arrived for her appointment she was told she was released without having to have surgery on her toenail and she was shocked and angry that he didn't perform the surgery after telling her she would need to have surgery. The patient was also given a verbal conversation regarding a foot fungus and that was not the treatment or diagnosis for her at this time. The patient will never return for care with this practice or will refer anyone to this practice. Copay/ Insurance billing cant be number one goal. |
