 | 1 Flask Rating for JAYNE TAYLOR GAUBATZ M.D. Comment: Despite 2 ER trips in one week she did not bother to read my pending labs resulting in an unnecessary amputation 5 weeks later. She did not bother to read my labs, charts, or progress notes even when my life and limbs were at stake. I was lucky not to have died or be missing my whole leg. And then she has the nerve to ask me if I am doing okay .... I only have 3 toes left - from a treatable infection ! No I am not okay and I am not okay with this doctor completely ignoring her job and then dishonestly stating she had reviewed my information. Ah - its just sick and pathetic - avoid this doctor and Swedish Cherry HIll ! They are a sham and a scandal. |
