 | 1 Flask Rating for GATEWAY ANESTHESIA AND PAIN ASSOCIATES PLLC Comment: Pretty upset with the billing department. I had a couple procedures there and I received two separate bills. One was a large amount that was about $780, I was told I would receive a 10% discount if paid in full, I received a second bill that I paid on. I called this morning to pay the full amount of the first bill with the 10% discount and was told I no longer was able to receive 10% because I already paid on it. I am upset as had I known I would have waited to pay on this, it was only from March. Its ridiculous , you would assume you would rather have afull payment then force a patient to make payments, however if you dont want my money I can continue making payments instead. The person I spoke was so rude as well.
