 | 1 Flask Rating for GARLAND ANESTHESIA CONSULTANTS, PA Comment: If a 0 was an option I would have used that, but the reasoning was the billing office there. They are rude and not interested in working with the patient on resolving matters. I told them my insurance didn’t want to cover the a nest portion because he was an out of network provider and they needed to provide the insurance with additional information and I was spoken to rudely and was told it was not their problem. They waited 4 years after the procedure to place this on my credit. I have had perfect credit for 30 years and I am disputing this matter as I have for 6 years now! To me, when my dr’s office scheduled the procedure with this outpatient center, the insurance should have been approved for the anesthesia needed for the procedure. It is beyond my understanding! |
