His office made some error in scheduling and appointment time which he accepted and said ok I will see you and then was very rude and unprofessional. He was constantly grunting and saying this is unbelievable and at one point told me you are forcing me to see you. He read over the chart and said this is too many serious symptoms to work through, I don't know what tests to prescribe. Then he get's up in the middle of a sentence and says go, go to the other room and get your vitals done. At this point I said I am sorry but this is no way to treat a patient and I don't appreciate this attitude, where I am not at fault and you agree. He says yes it's not your fault but its not my fault either. He looked like he needed therapy or manners class. He was fuming mad and rude to me,to his staff. Completely uncalled for. Perhaps they are used to the kind of clientele that puts up with anything from a doctor, I am sorry this is not charity. They are a business and need to act as that and being a heath care provider they need to have some humane courtesy or at least neutrality. He looked shocked when I said it's ok, you take care of yourself first and I will see another doctor altogether. At that point he looked baffled and surprised that he lost a customer who left without being rude back to him.
