They won't give you a number to call billing to be able to make your payment. They sent my son to collection agency instead of just calling us! We NEVER received a billing notice to make the payment! I have called them twice now and both times they tell me there Billing Dept. will call me and the first time he said he would tell collection it was cancelled due to not receiving any bill and that I would hear from Billing to make our payment. NOTHING! Called a second time now, as I was told to on my first call if I didn't hear from Billing. This guy put me on hold twice. Came back told me the same thing as the first guy. They don't speak good English so its hard to hear what they say and hard to make them understand. Now I am waiting again so obviously they don't want there money! No one should have to go through this kind of crap to pay a bill!! They only accept checks???? It is 2017 and they do not even offer on line payments or accept an HSA Visa card. Had to call back 3 times just to get someone I could barely understand. for the money they charge for their services you would think they could pay a person to answer a phone in wooster, ohio. Good luck with these clowns! |
