 | 5 Flask Rating for SEI ANESTHESIA PLLC Comment: I am a single mother and received a random letter stating they are taking me to court for a $175 bill from January 2016. When i was covered by medicaid and Blue cross. The company failed to get my medicaid information from the hospital but did get my blue cross information. So after 4 years they are telling me I have to pay them for their mess up. I never received a phone call or letter until now and if i would have known about this 4 YEARS AGO i would have gladly handled the situation because i have no reason not too. I have called SEI to try and dispute this. i spoke with CHRISTI 2 times, she was so rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager and she passed the phone to someone sitting next to her who had absolutely no intentions of helping me dispute the situation. I wish business owners paid more attention to the people they are leaving in charge of their companies because the level of disrespect is unreal.
