 | 1 Flask Rating for HOSPITALIST ASSOCIATES OF CENTRAL JERSEY INC Comment: Really a Poor After Care team that does not care about patient's rights and the stress levels they put on the Patients. I was admitted in a hospital that is in Network for my Insurance, but this organization is not. While in Hospital the doctors did their rounds and when I was discharged, their account team started hounding me like hungry wolves. They kept on sending statements for even the amounts that were paid. Height of it that they are in total denial mode for last 2 months for the receipt of an amount that was sent to them and that they cashed. Strange, full two months and when I tried to sensitize their account team, they were very unprofessional to even acknowledge that they ever received any amount directly from me. Seriously, not for Doctors, but for their unprofessional staff, this team is absolutely NO NO from my side |
