 | 1 Flask Rating for DR. THOMAS MITCHELL HERNANDEZ MD Comment: Jupiter Medical Center assigned Dr. Hernandez to my surgery in August 2014. Since then I have been paying off his bill (over $5,000.00) in monthly installments (as agreed upon) to his billing group; Sheridan Medical Billing. My payments are automatically sent from my bank according to their demand of every 28 days (which becomes more than once a month). Because the billing groups does not cash my checks right away, I get sent to collections every other month. I then have to call them and straighten the mess out. Today I found out that my account has been in collections since February, yet they have been cashing my check! I called, got the same run around as usual. I called Jupiter Medical Center who told me he didn't work for them he just worked there (the difference is that they refuse to accept any responsibility for his practice. I told them I did not pick him that he was assigned to me by them so they are accountable. I am still trying to contact him to no avail. |
