 | 1 Flask Rating for DR. CHRISTINA MARIE GONZALEZ O.D. Comment: This office is awful. Both doctors and the staff all don't seem to care about their profession. I can't figure out why they even bother staying in business. I was made to wait more than 35 minutes past my appointment time, then was rushed through. Any questions I had were ignored because the doctor was in such a hurry to get me out of there, probably to close up for the night - they shouldn't have overbooked themselves like that, they make more money but the customer definitely loses out in the end. The few times I've been there I got the feeling that both doctors, Dr. Devine and Dr. Gonzalez, were more interested in my money than they were about my vision and health. Dr. Devine interrupted me many times when I tried to ask her about health concerns, so I never got to finish a question. Dr. Gonzalez just hurried through the appointments as if she couldn't wait to get out of there. The office staff is disorganized and a bit inept, so don't be surprised if they lose your records or give you someone else's prescription. Both happened to me, and I will never go back to this office. I picked a new eye doctor off a quick internet search, and he is working out just fine. I would definitely recommend anyone else do the same! By the way, the waiting room is pretty gross - dingy, dirty and smelly.
