 | 1 Flask Rating for YOUCAN TOOCAN, INC, Comment: After talking to the manufacturer of a broken product I purchased at YOUCAN TOOCAN I went to the store with an exchange code from the manufacturer the original receipt, product, and packaging. It was within 90 days so within the warranty time period.Manufacturer told me they replace for any broken product inwarranty.Store said they had to inspect it and decide if it was a defect or not. Once I had the code from the manufacturer I figured I was good to go. The store employees didn't know anything about anything. The man in the back had to handle it. He told me they would do an exchange. Gave me the new product and as I was leaving the store he says wait we have to put the exchange in the register. Why I gave them my card I do not know.They were going to return one product and charge for the new product. I fell for it. Gave me two receipts showing a credit and a charge. I thought it was okay, got home checked my bank account and they charged for new product, no refund They cheated me. |
