 | 1 Flask Rating for DR. E DOUGLAS PRATT LCSW Comment: Douglas Pratt came to my business to inquire about getting his vehicle protected and our encounter was an unpleasant one. I was outside talking with my fiancee as he walked up and he asked if a Jason or Jacob worked there. I replied there's no one that works here with that name so I proceeded to ask if I could help. I asked him a second question to which he got aggravated and replied “let’s go inside like professionals and talk like adults”. I asked where this animosity was coming from and at this time my fiancee suggested making an appointment to talk to us because we are extremely busy and only offer appointments meaning no walk-ins. He barked back at her loudly and angrily saying “Excuse me I was not even talking to you, do you even work here?” At which point I asked him to leave and that we would not work on his vehicle. Douglas came across short tempered and rude. |
