 | 1 Flask Rating for RAFAEL CRUZ M.D. Comment: I had the worse experience at Dr. Rafael Cruz's office on Maryland Parkway. At my very first visit with the doctor I sat in a cold room for 50 minutes waiting for him, not to mention, I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes before I was even called back. As I was taking my top off for an EKG, the doctor walked right into the room, held his foot to the door and reached in to get his pen; meanwhile my shirt was over my head. He never knocked on the door. I felt so violated. I had to keep telling the doctor the same thing over and over. In my opinion he has the worse bedside manner and he does not seem to care. I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Rafael Cruz. I can say, however, that the front office staff behind the window is very helpful and professional, but the phlebotomist has the ugliest attitude I have seen in a very long time. I complained about her and was told that I would receive a phone call from her supervisor.
