 | 1 Flask Rating for HAVENWOOD ACADEMY Comment: We moved our daughter out of Havenwood on 12/27/17 after her being there for 10 months and it was a very negative experience overall. Everything that Havenwood puts on their website and in any documentation given to parents upon admission is a lie. I can say that now because we have been through their program. At Havenwood, our daughter was subjected to unsafe and dirty living conditions, physical fights between the girls, she fell significantly behind in school, gained 60 pounds, was subjected to high staff turnover rater, was given medication without our approval, and...actually got worse. We moved her to Alpine Academy 12/28/17 and she is already doing much better. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any additional questions. |
