Granted...it was only $18.50, but the services occurred ALMOST a year ago, and Victoria was quite adamant in letting me know that tomorrow was a year. The lady I spoke with last month regarding the bill told me to disregard the bill. If you want your money that bad, be prompt in getting the bills out, instead of waiting right until the end.
