Comment: Extremely unprofessional, asked questions NO ONE should ask during an evaluation, sexually charged questions that go well outside any ethical boundary. Is shown evidence of abuse, all children are walking proof of abuse, including sexual assault of children and the report still sided with the abuser. The report was full of carefully plotted wording that is heavily one-sided, a claim is made, no counter is given. His end recommendation is that the abuser get custody due to the mental health of the other parent, of which said abuser is heavily responsible for - despite no mental health incidents during the timeframe (years) the trial is taking place. Recognizes that he is putting the children with an abuser but deems the children "resilient" because of their age. AKA they are old enough to be around the abuser, but not the parent who was abused. Directly after the report was released, said abuser took off his mask of "improvement" and immediately violated the children's boundaries. Rega |  | 1 Flask Rating for DR. ROBERT TODD BENNETT PH.D. Comment: DO NOT GET A CHILD CUSTODY EVALUATION FROM TODD BENNETT. Especially if you are a father! Dr Todd Bennett is a s corrupt as it gets. He wrote the most one sided, inaccurate child custody evaluation as possible, believing every lie the mother told him and even making up his own false accusations along the way. Others have said he stated in a child custody case that his "default recommendation is 90-10, in favor of the mother". $8,000 later I have to fight his lies just to get fair custody of my daughter. I hope karma catches up to this monster some day. |
