They say it was from 2013. I have called every possible number I can find for them and this is just a "fake" number. I have NEVER received a bill from them or been to see them. Not sure how my name got in their system. I will go there tomorrow in person. I see the comments and I will not give up until this is fixed! There should be a law against this. George R. I did go to emergency room and obtain care, but I walked out of the hospital after I paide my bill IN FULL. I have been getting bills for a year and a half now. Every time I write them a letter explaining I am out of work and cannot pay the bill. In truth, this appears to b3 some sort of scam. The address in New Port Richey, Florida is an empty building. Baxley always lists a post office box as a mailing address. I believe Baxley somehow got my medical information and is now trying to bilk me out of my money. Shame on you, Baxley. I am convinced this organization is a very slick and smooth operating scam ring. $500+ is way too much money for a ten minute visit to the emergency room...zoom in...zoom out. After sending them leters questioning their motives, they respond with the need to pay for nurses and administrative costs, termed as nursing and ancillary personnel. I visited the emergency room, walked out of the emergency room, paid my bill, and went home in a few hours. The physical address listed by Baxley is an empty building.
